Job Description
1. Ensure that all assessments are completed on time.
2. Complete the analysis of all assessments as per the KPIs.
3. Maintain the records of all the assessments.
4. Develop written and practical assessments in your field of expertise and work with the relevant Subject Matter Experts (SME) in the assessment development process.
5. Develop periodic statistical reports.
6. If required, take on Mentor responsibilities.
7. If required, assist with QA Audits.
8. If required, assist with policy reviews and development.
9. Investigate ways of continually improving the operation of the unit.
10. Be a proactive member of the AAU Team.
11. Uphold the EnergyTech Quality Policy.
12. Any other duties as reasonably required by EnergyTech Management.
Skills
- 5 years’ experience suitable for the role of an Assessment Analyst.
- 5 years’ experience in an assessment role.
- 5 years teaching experience in a relevant role, i.e. English, Math or Technical.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Programs to intermediate level.
- Knowledge of file management techniques.
- Fluent in English. (Reading/Writing)
- Diploma in the relevant subject for a Technical Assessment Analyst.
- Minimum of a bachelor’s degree in English/Mathematics for the Academic Assessment Analyst.
